“I attended a party at air unlimited Liverpool in October 2024 and I honestly can’t rate them highly enough. Everything was fantastic from start to finish. Great communication from the beginning. When we arrived we were so pleasantly surprised at the efforts gone to. There were 25 of us so we had the double party room. It was set up beautifully with a space for each guests with branded water bottles, sock and sweet cups. There were balloons too. The staff manners were all so attentive and welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for us. One of our party lost her bank card, it was handed in before and our host had it back to her before she even knew she’s lost it. He’d remembered her name from check in. The kids had an absolute ball on all of the slides, trampolines and bounce activities. We had children with us ranging in ages from one to teens and there was something to suit all ages. All of the stations were manned really professionally as well. I’m sometimes a worrier but I felt so safe letting my children go off and explore. It was lovely to watch them from the upstairs cafe too. We were given a selection of pizzas, chicken nuggets, chips and donuts/cakes. We had so much that we even took two pizza boxes home. It was my first time here and I will definitely be back. Absolutely brilliant.”

“This place is a big favorite of my kids. An absolute must if its a bad weather day. I will say the food is shockingly over priced for what it is. £7 for salt and pepper chips is extortionate. Full portion in attached picture.”

“1st time going kids liked it. Only down side is the cafe and toilets are dirty downstairs and upstairs toilet are disgusting and the 3 tables we tried in the cafe where sticky and filled with the last sessions rubbish went for a 2 hour sessions and didn't see any staff cleaning. Don't think we'd come back”
