“I bought tickets online for my 5-year-old son and my 10-year-old daughter. The system allowed me to purchase the tickets with no warnings at all. When I arrived, I was told that because my son is 5, an adult MUST jump with him and I had to pay an extra £14.50. The website did NOT show any information about this requirement, yet the system still issued a ticket for a 5-year-old without notifying me. Regarding the socks, the website only mentioned that grip socks are required — which we had. One pair was even from this centre from last year, and another pair was a standard jumping pair. Nowhere on the website does it say that the socks MUST be specifically from their centre ONLY! Despite having proper grip socks, we were told we had to buy new ones for MY DOUTHER AND FOR ME , even though I was not planning to jump and only sit and watch. Please update your booking system and clearly display: 1. That children aged 5 MUST be accompanied by a paying adult, and 2. That only your own branded socks are accepted, if this is your rule. At the reception, staff admitted that this information is indeed not shown on the website and apologised — but that didn’t make the situation any easier for me, as I still had to pay the extra charges. I am giving 3 stars only because my children like to jumping. I truly hope the booking system is corrected so parents do not experience unnecessary stress or unexpected additional payments in the future.”

“Me and two of my friends went here for my birthday, and we had a decent time. Slushees were nice, however the upstairs seating area was disappointing. The chairs were cracked and uncomfortable, and we ran out of things to do extremely quickly. We had about 10 minutes of fun, and even that was limited. Staff were okay, however they didn’t care when some boys were harassing a little girl. Don’t know if i’ll return.”

“I had my daughter's birthday today there. The place is nice, the birthday room is good and staff is great as well, but giving 3 stars just because it was unbelievable cold. All my guests complained that it's really cold. Maybe is a good idea if the Aircons were working but non of them looked like. So I probably would avoid going there winter time.”
