All Things Wild
📍 Honeybourne, West Midlands
A 24-acre site in Honeybourne combining traditional zoo animals with a Dino Train, Dino Barn, meerkat encounters, indoor soft play, and keeper talks. Priced well below comparable regional zoos and attractions.
Me and the fiancée enjoyed a great day out at All Things Wild. We pre-booked the meerkat experience which grants you entry on the day from when they open. We arrived in the morning and had a walk to look around. We were pleasantly surprised by how many animals there were and the variety of animals. The enclosures are very laid out giving guests the best chance of seeing as many of the animals as possible during visits. There is an area you can walk where goats and bunnies are free to roam, we watched a family walk through the area and the animals were relaxed and safe around young children however it is always best to keep an eye on them as some of the goats are fully grown. The meerkat experience was perfect. The keeper was very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to tell us all about the herd. The meerkats are very eager to jump up onto your lap and eat from your hands. If you’re planning on doing the meerkat experience then it’s a good idea to wear clothing that you don’t mind getting dirty. Overall, this is a perfect place for a family day out with plenty to do and see for the kids to enjoy. I would highly recommend visiting.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children from toddler age through early teens who want variety without paying destination zoo prices. The mix of live animals, dinosaur theming, and play areas holds attention across age groups for a full day.

“Super impressed by this place on an impromptu visit whilst staying locally in the area. The prices are really reasonable and there is sooo much to do here for a wide variety of ages! It's deceptively big and has lots to do and look at that isn't just animal enclosures. It was fab to walk around with a toddler, there lots of different parks/play areas, more than one soft play ( a lovely one too!), an indoor sand pit/beach, variety of animals lots I havent seen before at other animal parks or zoos (porcupines, bush dogs and beavers were a fav ive never actually seen in person!), there is a huge dinosaur area with a train, outdoor play and mud kitchens etc the list goes on and at no point were we expected to pay extra to participate in something unlike most other places you go with kids. Cafe was reasonably priced and though the menu was small and basic it was good quality and a good portion. Absolutely would recommend and we plan to visit again despite living 2 hours away - a lovely day trip!”

“Never been before, and our children are older (10 and 13) so at a bit of a tricky age. However, it was a fraction of the cost of other local(ish)zoos/safari parks and we actually thought it was really good value at £45 for 4 of us. It was a hit all round! We all enjoyed the array of different animals, and they actually read most of the interesting facts on the displays. The bigger go karts were the right size for them both as usually they've got knees up to their ears. The dinosaur trail was nice for a wander, and there are several play areas dotted around that they could have spent longer on. The 13 year old is tall for his age so he unfortunately couldn't go on the indoor soft play (under 160cm) but our 10 year old enjoyed that too. We all rated the loaded chips in the cafe. Spent 5.5 hours in total including lunch and appreciated the marshmallow toasting at the end.”

“Finding this place was an absolute treasure. There's such an array of animals, birds and insects - we were surprised and entertained around every corner. The tickets, food and drinks are all reasonably priced and we enjoyed the cheesy, cauliflower loaded fries. The member of staff on during the insect encounters and lemur walkthrough was so friendly and knowledgeable. We'll be back very soon.”
