“I had a really positive experience when visiting Britannia Leisure Centre for a swim recently, and I wanted to recognise the excellent customer service from Saoirse, Trisha, and Leonie. From the moment I arrived they were all friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Saoirse made the check-in quick and easy with a warm smile, Trisha was patient and happy to answer questions about the swimming sessions, and Leonie was professional and approachable throughout. Their teamwork and positive attitude created a really welcoming atmosphere and made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. “A place where you can spend a great time with your young ones. This facility offers a lot of activities for both adult and children which includes swimming training or just a quick dip into the pool with your babies. The pool is also accessible for individuals with special educational needs which is really amazing. The huge slide inside is also worth to try. Just do not forget to bring a coin to access the lockers; you can get your coin back before you leave. Baggy park, vending machine and cafe are also available inside. You might not be able to bring phones or camera to take photo inside.”

“All looks clean and new. Gym large and spacious and well equipped. Standard membership comes with gym, and swimming, free classes, and sauna. Nice man happily gave tour of the gym before signing up, and Saoirse and Trisha friendly and helpful behind the desk - signup was very quick and answered all my questions :) Do recommend so far!”

“Love the new gym & changing facilities. Staff are always friendly & happy to help. Cafe is nice, with outside seating in the summer. The inside foldable bike storage is fabulous! Dropped a star because I preferred the old swimming pool, especially the wave machine.”
