βCannot recommend the Panto Express enough. Fantastic value for money. First off SO MUCH parking, there is no stress of finding a space. We had bacon rolls/ tea before the pantomime The pantomime was brilliant, I wasnβt expecting it to be so good for the half hour itβs on! The elves were just incredible, so interactive and hilarious. Santa was brilliantly dressed, kids adored him. Train ride was perfect amount of time. Waiting for the magical elevator there was lots to do and the kids loved playing with the elves and writing their lists. Presents were really good and had a selection to choose from. It took us in all 2.5 hours and we rushed the end as we had lunch reservations. Could have easily spent another hour there as post Mrs Claus they had displays amongst the trains and we didnβt get a chance to do the visitor centre. As soon as booking is out for next year weβll be there! Thank you Tinsel, Beans, Cinammon and all the other wonderful volunteers for making it a magical day. I wonβt spoil with lots of photos but theyβre so good!β

βThis place is just something else. My husband and I got married here last month. We had a brilliant time and the staff were just amazing, from the wonderful expertise of Belinda, to the wonderful drivers on the steamers on the day. The venue has such a magical feel to it when the sun goes down, and the golden hour shots are just amazing with the likes of 'Janice' in the background. I highly recommend this wonderful place as a venue! We have visited several times on their other special days and it never disappoints. The museum has some amazing pieces of history and plenty for little ones to do! With steam rides, a miniature railway and a great little cafe!β

βA fantastic museum, run and looked after by very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable and interesting volunteers. The full site is sizeable, with a huge amount of exhibits both inside and outside. For the best experience a visit on one of the steaming days is highly recommended, but the cafΓ© and shop are open most days and are a delight in themselves.β
