“very nice cinema, lots of possibilities, including, of course, watching 4DX quality films...The service was very nice, both in the buffet and the people who welcomed you into the room. The entire cinema looks very clean and well-kept.There are also parking problems, there is a parking space at the back of the cinema and it is not above ground, it is underground”

“Very clean and spacious cinema. It's easy to get tickets and service is quick. They even have a photo booth as you enter! They do different types of screenings including 4DX, normal 2D etc. The screening rooms are always clean and the seats are comfortable. Parking is available outside of the cinema. Not usually a challenge to find a space.”

“Amazing IMAX experience 🙌🏼and the young lady with a hijab “ forgot her name sorry“ was very very accommodating & professional ,served us with a lovely smile and very patient hence we stayed as we were just ready to leave 💖 we waited 20 mins to be served especially when it was really quite so that definitely needs to be looked in too 👎🏼 The seats in the cinema had drink food marks behind them which is not nice or hygienic to see 👎🏼 A litter anti bacterial spray after each show would be a great addition as it’s a premium experience with a premium price & it was our 1st visit ( o2 is absolutely spotless )☝🏼 Thinking to book 4DX in a few days and give these guys a 2nd chance on wife’s anniversary. Hope the experience is not a let down , 2 4DX 3D tickets / ice creams / popcorn/ drinks aint cheap but it’s the experience what you pay for and if litter things like cleanliness is not a priority then the whole experience is just a let down… Please look in to this for your own prosperity and for new 1st time customer seeking an amazing experience as your cinema is really BEAUTIFUL especially in the evening 🙏🏼🔥”
