đ Family Action Verdict
Casual family swimming sessions in warm water with friendly staff are the reliable experience here. For pre-school swimming lessons, parents should weigh the supervision notes raised in recent reviews â including one documented incident where a child went underwater unnoticed.

âIf you are bringing kids or are more elderly and looking for a casual paddle this place is passable but DON'T bother coming if you are looking for lane swimming. It's like playing dodgeball with elderly swimming starfish backwards. No hope of swimming more than one length uninterrupted. Water is not clean and very murkry. Good if you want a paddle.â

âToday was our second and probably last time at this swimming pool.We booked for a family splash, our first time last month was all fine, my kids enjoyed it, they could use some of the floating toys that were there ,today this wasn't allowed, changes of rules or just different staff?!who knows...also in walnuts and other locations we were able to use them , rules should be the same in any of My Time Active swimming pools. My 3 and 4 years old kids were very disappointed about that as they remembered that last time they could use the toys and today they couldn't . We booked the slot 4pm to 5 pm ,at 4.01 pm the (Asian) swimming teacher said to me in a very rude way that we couldn't go inside the pool yet because the swimming class was not over ,I am paying from 4 pm, I don't think it's right that I have to lose this time because their class is late. Few times the same swimming teacher was looking at my 3 years old son telling us that he couldn't take any of the swimming pool floating toys, basically this lady instead of teaching swimming to her students was looking at us interfering in something that it's not her business, the life guard man who is sitting there should tell the people what to do and not to do ,not her.Anyway I wanted to spend some nice time with my children and they kind of ruined it, very bad experience today!I don't think I will go back there anymore.â

âSwimming lessons are NOT SAFE for PRE-SCHOOL children My child was in the pre-school swimming class and she has been enjoying the lessons. Unfortunately in one class, she went under the water. The teacher did not even realise!!!, life guard was nowhere to be seen. Luckily one of the parent noticed and screamed for help . Only then the teacher realised it and pulled the child out of the water. She did not bother to comfort the child did not even care to check if child was ok. Reported this to the management, who said they did an investigation and investigation was closed without any meaningful outcome. It's been almost a month now and my child is still scared to swim and thinks she might go under the water. She loved the water until this incident happened. Think before sending your child here.â
