1 / 3Elm Park Public Playground
đ Filton, South West
Large community playground in Filton with toddler frames, swings, roundabout, zip line, and trampoline. Fully fenced with separate sand play area. A substantial open hillside field adjoins the playground, plus a skate park and leisure centre nearby.
Walked my dogs in the park several times over a weekend whilst visiting my son who lives nearby. Dogs very welcome so long as you pick up after them. Plenty of bins around also. A huge well mown grass playing field on a hill side with views across to the east of Bristol. Plenty of room for ball games, kite flying etc.
đ Family Action Verdict
Outstanding for families with children of mixed ages. Toddlers get scaled equipment in a secure, dog-free enclosure; older children have a zip line, trampoline, and challenging frames. The separation between the playground fence and the open dog-walking field is well-designed and removes conflict between dog owners and families.

âAll that you could ask for from a playground. Lots of rides & activities for kids. Big open area with adequate seating. Best community play area for kids in this part of Bristol.â

âFabulous for a dog walk. Children's play equipment and sand play are fenced off so neither dog owners or parents need to worry.â

âNice secure park with toddler friendly play frames, swings, roundabout, zip line, trampoline, etc. Some more challenging frames for slightly bigger children too. Lots of seating, and a couple of picnic benches.â
