Walked my dogs in the park several times over a weekend whilst visiting my son who lives nearby. Dogs very welcome so long as you pick up after them. Plenty of bins around also. A huge well mown grass playing field on a hill side with views across to the east of Bristol. Plenty of room for ball games, kite flying etc.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Outstanding for families with children of mixed ages. Toddlers get scaled equipment in a secure, dog-free enclosure; older children have a zip line, trampoline, and challenging frames. The separation between the playground fence and the open dog-walking field is well-designed and removes conflict between dog owners and families.

â„šī¸ What to Know Before You Go

💡Bring a ball or kite to make use of the large hillside field beyond the playground
⏰Dogs are welcome in the open park area and excluded from the fenced playground
đŸŽŸī¸Sand play area is within the enclosure — bring a change of clothes for younger children
🚗Picnic benches and seating are available both inside and outside the fenced area
