Thought I had had my wallet stolen in the Café. Staff good at helping and supporting the search . . . Looking on cctv. Was able to work out I infact did not bring the wallet in!! Great support from Adriana and Imran. Thank you.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

The ninja courses and tumble tracks are the main draw for children aged 5 and up. Toddler sessions provide a separated time slot for under-3s. Parents visiting with children under 5 should inspect the facility on arrival — recent reviews describe cleanliness and equipment maintenance as inconsistent. Booking online avoids the walk-in premium.

We went to the toddler session. Be aware that you have to pay 2£ extra if you don’t book it online, what I find it very absurd. The reception was empty when we arrived and we had to wait a few minutes for someone to attend us. Then we had to wait again at the food area. The whole place was very dirty. Floors, tables, every trampoline… specially the under 5s play ground, what by the way had a screw in a very dangerous spot. The personal wasn’t friendly at all. It disgusted me to be completely honest!

⭐0 Star – Avoid at All Costs The young girl on the front desk was really nice and genuinely helpful — unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. £20 for one hour for me and my lad seemed fair enough at first. But the moment you walk in, the place feels like it may as well have an open roof. There are buckets everywhere catching leaks. The smell hits you straight away — a strong stench of sweaty feet and damp that never goes away. Everything is old, broken, or patched up. The trampolines are covered in repairs, the safety mats are torn with foam spilling out, and there are huge gaps between mats that are absolute ankle breakers. It feels genuinely dangerous and like no proper risk assessment has been done. I seriously doubt the equipment meets current safety standards. The foam pit blocks are absolutely vile — the smell coming off them is disgusting. The toilets are just as bad, and that’s if they’re even open for use. The café is a joke — exact change only, no flexibility at all. £2.50 for a Coke is ridiculous given the state of the place. One staff member was walking around telling people their time was up when it wasn’t, demanding they get off the equipment. Completely unnecessary, rude, and on a clear power trip. Zero customer service skills. Overall, the place is filthy, unsafe, and massively overpriced. No wonder kids end up ill after stepping foot in there. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

Poor from the staff. Not supervising children and then when we brought it up to the owner he lied and said the 1 member supervising was in the dj booth. We have photos he clearly wasn't. We asked for a piece of equipment turned on the put it on for literally 2 minutes then closed again and refused to allow the children on. Poor, very poor. Fast to take your money but not wanting to provide the service. Also just to mention, ( The Owner ) fast tracked the safety briefing. We had to explain the lot to the children.
