“Great place for young kids good pricing lots of games play areas and new softplay bouncy castle area. I've been going here a few years and the place has made improvements too. Staff are good and clean every night I saw when closing. Not sure of the complaints on here for £6 quid a child all day unlimited you can't go wrong most places 2 hours max at double the price. If you want Disneyland standard facilities pay Disneyland prices this place is great for Luton as one parent can chill here with kids and other parent can shop in town.”

“The Funtura is most entertaining zone all adults and kids, in this there are several games for playing kids and there is lot of food facilities also there when you are hungry there is food to eat which is very good and after playing the kids will have happy to play in funtura. “I've literally just been now , there's no staff supervising the play area so there are parents and kids running around with no socks on , fully grown men and women with their sweaty feet out on the equipment."kids" that are over the age limit running riot I'm pregnant and one of them ran right into me 😡 if there was more supervision there would be someone to tell them they aren't allowed in but it's not even being looked over. The choice of equipment is really good like bouncy castles trampoline ect but most of it is broken , there's a half broken trampoline , the ball thing dosent work. The ball pit is filthy , there's exposed electrics and pipes low down on the ceiling. Such a shame as I saw a video of it when it was new and it looked really good with a better range of equipment compared to most but unfortunately now most of it is broken or really dirty. Also I know it's not the softplay owners fault but the majority of parents that come here are diabolical, none of them watching their kids whatsoever I've seen a 4 ish year old girl dragging around a max 3 month old baby holding her by her shoulder round the ball pit and groups of parents sitting together while their feral children cause havoc. WATCH YOUR KIDS . If there was staff that watched over the play area and told the parents when their children were being morons then maybe it would be a lot better.”
