1 / 3Havoc VR
π Macclesfield, North West
Cheshire's only free-roam VR arena lets up to 12 players move wirelessly through zombie survival, jungle combat, and escape room missions. Headsets fit children from age 6. Birthday packages include freshly made pizza, ice cream, and arcade tokens.
My son celebrated his 10th birthday here with a few friends. Was a great activity and experience and something different for children of this age, who are often difficult to keep happy. The pizza was really delicious - not the usual frozen party food you usually get at party venues. The ice cream was also really good quality and a great selection of flavours. The retro arcade games were really fun and kept the children busy for a while after food. The venue is spotless and well maintained. The staff were so friendly and helpful and seemed to genuinely care that everyone was having a good time. All of the children went home happy and worn out!
π Family Action Verdict
Best for children aged 7β12 looking for an active group experience beyond standard play venues. Headsets accommodate smaller heads comfortably, and staff stay hands-on throughout.

βRecently visited Havoc Virtual Reality in Adlington, Cheshire with my kids and nephew, they loved it, brilliant for a kidβs party in the future. We did a range of VR games, the headsets fit perfectly even for small heads, and itβs super easy to just get started having fun. We ranged from 7 to 11 years old, the games suited them perfectly, some skills based, some shooting and tactical and theyβre all still talking about it 2 days later! After the VR we had pizza and ice cream, and quick go on the arcades. A great way to finish after the immersive VR experience. 100% recommend for parties (kids and big kids!).β

βWhen visiting poynton Cheshire, we were looking for things to do, we are new to the area and came across this experience. This was so much fun for the whole family! We done different variety of VR games, interactive wall and a few arcade games. We had pizzas which were freshly made and went down like a treat with the kids and adults, milkshakes and ice cream. Would highly recommend! It was so much fun for all of us and it was nice to do something where the whole family can get involved. Also the staff were really friendly and helpful! Thanks for a great experience!β

βWe have just had our junior football teams Christmas party here and what a fantastic time they all had. The staff are excellent, really friendly and helpful to get everyone set up. The free roam VR was a big hit, as was the interactive wall. The arcades are great for keeping everyone busy whilst waiting their turn. Plenty of food and drink on offer too at very reasonable prices. The pizzas went down a storm with the kids!β
