Jolly Jungle
π Dagenham, Greater London
Jolly Jungle is a multi-tiered soft play centre for children under 12 and 148cm, featuring a tall slide, ball pit, and toddler areas. Card payments only. Sessions are 90 minutes.
I chose this place for a birthday party because of its good location and convenient parking (with 2-hour parking). However, the time allocated for the party (1.5 hours) is too short, especially when you factor in the time needed for setup and decorations. Ideally, the party duration should be at least 2hours. What I didnβt like about this place was their approach to food, especially for the adults. I ordered ham and cheese sandwiches, but the party leader simply brought plain bread with just ham and cheese from a shop. To be honest, it felt like a joke, and I paid extra for this. The quality of the food was really poor. Another issue was that when I asked for adult food, they seemed surprised for this.Additionally, the cafΓ© area was far away from the party area, which wasted my time to order coffee with non dairy milk. It didn't make sense to have to walk so far for something so basic.Everything felt rushed, and the kids had to eat quickly. I would not recommend ordering food here. Itβs not what I would expect for a birthday celebration. The only positive aspect of this place is that they allow you to bring and eat your own cake. Overall, I feel there are more disadvantages than advantages when it comes to hosting a party here
π Family Action Verdict
Best for casual play sessions where parents want a clean, spacious space for children to burn energy. The tall slide and multi-tier structure are the main draws for children aged 4 and up. Party catering has received poor feedback β families hosting parties should set low expectations for food quality.

βIt's a great place for children, clean and with all the necessary extras (coffee, toilets, etc) we had a great time here and it is big enough for plenty of children to play and attend. I would totally recommend πβ

βTook my kids here a few times. It's a great place for them and we booked the session very easy on the Everyone Active app.β

βNice small soft play enough for the kids to release some of their energy and get a chance to socialize with other kids. π Snacks are also available in the soft play to buy, also there is a toilet on site.β

Overview
The play structure is large enough for adults to accompany children through the climbing sections. Ball pit and dedicated toddler areas separate age groups. Booking is available through the Everyone Active app. On-site cafe provides snacks and drinks. Party packages include exclusive hire. Staff and card-only payment policy have both received mixed feedback β call ahead if bringing a group with cash.
