1 / 3K1 Speed - Indoor Go Karting Central London, Corporate Event Venue, Team Building Activities
๐ London, Greater London
Indoor electric go-kart track in Canary Wharf with separate adult and junior kart categories. Junior races conclude by early evening daily. Walk-ins accepted. On-site cafe serves burgers, pizza, and wings.
I recently went go-karting at K1 Speed Canary Wharf, and it ended up being a really great experience. A few of my friends had come down to London and we were meeting in Canary Wharf. Once we got there, we realised we didnโt actually have any solid plans, so we decided pretty last minute to pop into K1 Speed and see if we could get a race in. It turned out to be a really good decision. From the start, the atmosphere was welcoming and well organised. One of the staff members, Grace, was especially helpful and friendly. Since we hadnโt booked anything in advance, we werenโt completely sure how the process worked, but Grace walked us through everything and made it really straightforward. She helped us with the registration and explained what we needed to do so we could get onto the track. When it was time for the safety briefing, Grace directed us over to another staff member who was running it and made sure we knew where to go. Even though the venue was quite busy, she still took the time to answer questions and check that everyone had helmets and was ready. The racing itself was really fun. The track is well designed with a good mix of corners and faster sections, and the electric karts are surprisingly quick, which made it really competitive between our group. Overall it was a great experience and much better than we expected for something we decided to do on the spot. The venue was well run, the racing was exciting, and Grace in particular made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable with how friendly and helpful she was. Would definitely recommend K1 Speed Canary Wharf if youโre looking for something fun to do in London. ๐๏ธ
๐ Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children aged 5 and up who want a genuine racing experience rather than a fairground ride. Staff here actively make nervous kids feel confident โ the race director team goes well beyond a standard briefing. Walk-ins make spontaneous visits easy.

โI came down on Sunday the 1st of April to enquire about the junior league for my sons and the lady at reception said she didnโt know a lot about it and directed me to the race director Trey. He was extremely friendly and helpful answering all the questions I had and calming my nerves. He even spoke to my children a bit as they were nervous and assured them that once they do it once they will love it. He also convinced them to do a junior race that day so they can get use to the track and see if they would still like to compete. Once they came off they said it was amazing and the karts were fast. Trey even came up to us after they finished to see if they enjoyed it and told them to see how they feel about the league. I would just like to say a massive thank you to Trey and the team for being so kind and welcoming. A special shoutout to Charlie aswell for going over the pedals again once they were in their karts. Would definitely recommend to anyone with children as the staff are extremely friendly and supportive to the kids!โ

โAmazing Experience! 31/10/25 The staff and management were so kind, friendly, and professional. They handled and resolved an issue quickly and with such care, truly an amazing team! Safety was clearly explained for the younger children while parents were present, which made everyone feel comfortable and confident. And then off they go... ready for an exciting, fun-filled experience! Our son absolutely loved every minute. Special thanks to: โข Becky - Manager โข Charlie - Race Director โข Fortune - Track Marshal Thank you all for making it such a wonderful and memorable day for my son๐คโ

โCame with family 2 +2. Good fun all we had. Very competitive racing experience. Some of the karts are not suitable for adults as you simple cannot fit your hips or adjust the steering wheel... Will be back one day! Well recommended!โ
