My children absolutely love it here. Fun, kind and friendly staff. Yummy and extremely reasonably priced food and drinks!!! They do story times with props and an amazing Friday night disco. Perfect place out for children. I have a 6 year old and a non verbal autistic 4 year old and they both love it here. Highly recommend to all especially if your a SEN mum like me! Ade the manager is so friendly and accommodating, couldn’t ask for more from a soft play. They couldn’t be fairer with their prices offering 1 or 2 hour slots at an absolute steal. Thank you guys for the top experience every time. 😊

🏆 Family Action Verdict

A strong choice for families with children who have special educational needs — the SEN sessions are specifically structured, and the Friday discos and story times with props create a stimulating varied programme. The pirate theme engages younger children, and the pricing is accessible.

I don’t usually complain, but on this occasion I feel it is fair to share my experience, as it was truly awful. I came to order food from the counter, where a broken chair was stored nearby. There was no warning sign, and unfortunately my 3-year-old child sat on it and fell. Thankfully, my little one was okay. One of the three girls at the counter asked if my child was alright, and I said yes. I then tried to rise a concern that for basic health and safety reasons, a damaged chair should not be left in an area accessible to litlle kids, especially without any warning sign. However, it was intentionally ignored by three of them. I then spoke to the manager, who was a lovely lady. She apologised immediately and explained the situation with the chair. At that point, it seemed like the health and safety concern had been addressed. Unfortunately, the situation escalated further. The staff member who served me at the counter later brought our order to the table and threw the sweets onto the table where I was sitting with my little child. This was extremely aggressive and completely unacceptable behaviour, especially in front of a small child. Other customers witnessed it and were visibly shocked. The level of disrespect shown by certain staff members is very concerning. With this kind of attitude, they should not be working in an environment where children are present. I genuinely feel sorry for the business owner and the manager, as it is clear that some members of staff are unprofessional and damaging the reputation of what should be a welcoming soft play environment.

We had a disappointing experience at Kassiopi Cove in Erith. They didn’t have enough staff, and the ones who were there seemed more interested in chatting than serving customers. I ordered a coffee and waited about 20 minutes, and I had to go up twice to remind them about my order. On top of that, the floor was wet, and since we had taken our shoes off at the entrance, we had to walk around barefoot on the slippery surface. I pointed this out to the staff, but they didn’t seem to care and did nothing about it. Overall, the service was slow, unprofessional, and the environment didn’t feel properly maintained. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this place.
