Such a Brilliant Day at Kidabulous! We had the best time at Kidabulous! From the moment we walked in, everything felt so clean, bright, and welcoming. My kids were in their element β€” running, climbing, sliding, and exploring every corner. There’s so much for them to do, and it’s all really well laid out so you can easily keep an eye on them while they play. One of my favourite parts was the Toddler Town area β€” a lovely, safe space just for little ones. It’s perfect for younger children to enjoy soft play at their own pace without getting overwhelmed by the bigger kids. My youngest absolutely loved it and was entertained for ages! Everything was spotless and really well maintained, and the staff were so friendly and attentive. They were constantly tidying and checking the play zones, which made me feel really comfortable. The cafΓ© was another big plus β€” great coffee, nice food, and plenty of seating. It was lovely to relax while still being able to watch the kids having fun. We’ll definitely be going back soon β€” Kidabulous really is the perfect spot for a fun, safe family day out!

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for families with toddlers and children up to age 12 who want a large, varied indoor play facility. Toddler Town is genuinely well-designed for under-5s. The 5-storey frame keeps older children engaged for extended sessions.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘Book in advance as the venue reaches capacity and moves to timed slots when busy
⏰Cafe seating on both floors gives sightlines into the play areas
🎟️Toddler Town is a separate zone β€” useful for keeping age groups apart
πŸš—adult entry fees apply even for accompanying parents who do not play

β€œOutstanding customer care and service from our experience. Fantastic service for children birthday parties and we found the food and ice cream to be very competitive and reasonable As fare as indoor soft play areas go this place has the monopoly. Great values for children however the do charge for adults parents /carers . As do most places which I find a bit much because you have to go in with them and if I take my older children I have to pay for them too even though they just sit there on the iPhone. lol However I have been sometimes and not been able to get in because they get full up. Having said that they also fun a time schedule when it’s busy in order to try to control the huge influx.”

β€œSummary: would not recommend for a child's birthday party. Over a month ago i provided feedback to Kidabulous following my child's bday party, as well as a follow up email last week, however there has been no response from them which is disappointing. Firstly, we chose Kidabulous for a party as despite it being quite costly compared to other places, we have previously had some really good times there, and felt it would be an ideal place. Unfortunately we were really disappointed with how the day went. We had previously spoken to one of the managers on the phone who informed us the 'party host' would meet us 15 minutes before the party start time and take us up to one of the rooms for us to decorate/set up the cake. On the day, we arrived 15 minutes ahead of time, and let the welcoming member of staff at the door know we were there for the party and to meet our party host. I had to ask two further times with regards to the party host, who finally turned up 5 min before the party started. This meant i had to rush upstairs and decorate, whilst my partner was left downstairs to greet the guests on his own (challenging as there were lots of guests and as we also have a newborn baby!). There were no apologies for this lateness, or recognition that it was an inconvenience. There were two other parties happening at the same time as our childs. Downstairs by the big playframe we were given a long table in the middle of 2 other tables for the parents of the guests to sit at. This was unused by us the entire duration of the party - the space is simply not big enough to be able to pull the chairs out when between 2 other tables, and the guests of the other parties were flowing into our space / blocking the path to sit down. This meant the parents of our party were scattered everywhere. With regards to collecting the food orders/preferences for the children's lunch -it would be useful to request a pre order ahead of the party rather than trying to pin the children down on the day which added to the chaos downstairs. We were supposed to be called up an hour after the start of the party for the children's food. We were told this was late due to the overrunning of another party, and we didn't move up until around 15-20 min late where cold food was already sitting on the table waiting for us. Many of the children were quite grumpy by this stage as they were hungry. After 20 minutes of being in the room we were told we had 5 minutes left until we had to leave - i challenged this as the schedule said 30 minutes for food. It is unsurprising the party before ran over - 30 minutes for children to sit down, eat a meal and then potentially do a cake ceremony is impossible. Lastly, this was a child's birthday party. It would be nice if at least one of the Kidabulous staff could have acknowledged this/wished the party girl a happy birthday - there was zero interaction with her. The whole thing, particularly the food part, felt rushed and uncomfortable. We were bitterly disappointed for the price we paid, and it felt like we were just on a conveyor belt of a great number of parties Kidabulous had crammed in. Unfortunate not to have received a response from Kidabulous when we have sent them feedback on the above.”

β€œI am shocked how place like this, hosting primarily kids, earning good profits obviously, is full with dirt and seems like never cleaned properly. It is unacceptable the kids to play in such a filthy and dirty playground and use such a disgusting sanitary areas like toilets even the mother area is miserable and smells unimaginable. It is truly disease area all around. If you charge such an money entering every one in the area I tink is mandatory to use proffesional cleaning company to sanitise the area our children play and suppose to be safe.”
