“We've just got back from a 7th birthday party at Laser Quest and honestly couldn’t have been more impressed. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff, shown to our reserved area and offered drinks while the children waited for their arena slot. Everything felt organised, calm and under control. The manager, Talia, was fantastic. She checked on the group regularly to make sure everything was running smoothly and that we were happy. Her attention to detail really shone through, timings were perfect and the whole event flowed effortlessly. The safety briefing was clear and thorough, yet didn’t feel rushed, even with a group of very excited children desperate to get in and play. The kids loved that they got to enjoy both an individual game and a team game. The marshals were brilliant and made everyone feel safe and confident, which is so reassuring as a parent. The party room looked lovely and really helped set the atmosphere. Our host, Emily, was wonderful, she calmly managed a room full of lively, over-excited children and got them all settled for food. The pizza and hot dogs went down a treat, and she was always nearby, checking in to make sure everything was going well. It’s clear Talia is an incredibly passionate manager. Her leadership and dedication to making sure guests have the best possible experience is reflected in her team, everyone was happy, welcoming and willing to go above and beyond. That level of service is rare, and it really stood out. We can’t recommend this venue highly enough. We’ll definitely be telling friends and will absolutely be back ourselves.”

“We had a fantastic time at LaserQuest Tunbridge Wells for my daughter’s 10th birthday party. From the moment I booked online (an easy process) I was very impressed with the incredibly helpful and informative emails for any pre-party queries I had. The staff here are so friendly, kind and helpful and really do their utmost to ensure you have the best time whilst making sure everyone feel welcome and at ease. My daughter and her friends all had the best time full of fun, games and pizza. I can not recommend it enough. We will definitely be back just as a family as it was such a fun and friendly place. A shout out to the team who looked after us so well - Lilah, Tommo, Alfie with a special mention to Talia who was wonderful at helping me arrange the party and making the day social for my daughter.”

“Amazing experience and great staff. I've loved lazer quest since I was little brought my son here today for his 13th with a couple of friends. We got a special birthday deal. But his anxiety played up so he didn't end up playing. One of the staff members lilah came to our rescue and sat with him so I could show the rest of the party who's boss, lol. We came out and he'd been treated to a bottle of water and a nice sit down. Cant praise this place and their attentive staff enough we will be returning.”

“Kids had a fantastic party. Our party host Imogen was super helpful and cleared the party room after last group before we went in. The lovely first aider was fantastic when one of the children had a bump and she dealt with things really well. Could improve organisation if had a table reserved on arrival as we were a bit confused about where we were supposed to be. Food and slushies delicious. Everyone had a great time and would recommend.”
