We have been here twice now to do the penguin experience and the capybara experience. Both are extremely reasonably priced and so good, especially considering the cost. The keepers are knowledgable, friendly, and you can tell they really care for the animals welfare. The shop is well stocked, grounds are kept beautifully, and the cafe has great choice and staff always super friendly. Highly recommend.

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for animal-loving families who want meaningful contact beyond typical enclosure viewing. The penguin and capybara experiences are the headline draws — keepers are knowledgeable and clearly invested in animal welfare, which makes the educational element feel natural rather than forced.

“I had the pleasure of meeting Hannah, when she was feeding the wallabies at the zoo. She showed me round and really took the time to answer my questions about all the residents at Wildlife World, from Tippex the Peacock to Pablo the Kinkajou! One of the loveliest places to visit, both solo and with family and friends. I am very grateful, thank you Hannah! X”
