1 / 2Maidenhead Roller Disco - Roller Disco UK
π Maidenhead, Greater London
Classic roller skating venue in Maidenhead with upbeat music and old-school atmosphere. Toddler scooter sessions run alongside older skaters. Spectator admission is charged for non-skating adults accompanying children.
Fantastic weekly event... The marshalls are so kind and caring. Only issue is that the toddler scooter session should be a totally separate event from the roller skating - it's pretty lethal for children who are learning to skate to have 2-year-old manics on scooters cutting across them, going the wrong way, suddenly stopping etc. The staff do their best but many parents neglect to supervise and it can be carnage.
π Family Action Verdict
Best suited to children aged 7 and up who can skate with confidence. The atmosphere and music are genuine strengths. Factor in the spectator charge if a non-skating adult needs to stay close. Families with a toddler on a scooter and an older child skating simultaneously should the shared floor can get chaotic.

βI canβt dm you but will explain here booked and paid for a 2 hour session however cut it to an hour due to the sheer disrespect went to go grab out shoes and was screamed at to hurry up literally screamed at and to grab and take our shoes I believe they thought we were children so spoke to us like this I wonder how parents think their children are being spoken to if I didnβt witness this myself a girl with short ear length brown hair skinny build was rolling her eyes at us multiple time and proceeded to scream at my kids to move Iβm sorry but there is a way of speaking and they are children went today with all the kids rude obnoxious teenage staff who were rude and aggressive throughoutβ

βAbsolute rip-off on everything in this centre. I brought my 11 y.o. child for roller disco and you MUST pay for spectator. I am sorry, but I don't want to watch this, I need to be with my underage child, this like no choice for me and easy "money for nothing" to centre. Or centre take responsibility for kids while they are rolling without adult? And you see nothing actually, if you are seating. Unbelievable rip-off. Other centres doesn't charge for a "spectators". Will go there next time.β
