We were very impressed with this place. Big, clean and very attentive staff. Shout out to the amazing medic who treated my daughter with such care when she hurt her leg (in the changing area... Nothing to do with jumping!) All the employees were fantastic, a credit to the place. Fun day out for all, highly recommended.

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for active families wanting a clean, well-supervised jumping session on a weekday afternoon when the park is quiet and parking is easier. The one-hour slot suits younger children well. Families wanting longer sessions should check multi-hour availability. Arrive early on weekends to secure parking.

β€œAn impressive, clean and organised place. Great value and loads of fun. The staff are friendly and capable. It gets very busy at peak times, but on a Monday afternoon the place is pretty quiet.”

β€œVisited Jump in for the new slides that they have there but was disappointed that the slides were out of order due to maintenance. Also it seems that the management rushed open the new Jump In to quickly as the decorating wasn’t complete and looked unprofessional. They may call it Jump In now but they haven’t changed much from the old MegaJump days, they roughly painted the toilets but used the same dirty stained toilet seats, urinals sinks etc. The only good thing I may add is my son enjoyed the trampolines. Go early in the morning if you want to park in the tiny car park otherwise look around the local streets for somewhere to park. They offered small, regular or large coffees but when I ordered a large coffee I was told they only had regular. If you want more stars JumpIn then I suggest you finish the refurbishment before letting in the public.”

β€œI'm not one to complain or really review.. but I was very disappointed with my experience today and will not be returning if I'm completely honest. First of all - 1 hour slot is such a short time limit for the amount it costs!! To just jump around?! The food upstairs is very cheap quality but again high price! A soft play area inside which you still have to pay for again on top of your hour! I can't believe it The staff, seemed so unhappy and if I wasn't starving they'd had lost a customer due to their lack of acknowledgedment and customer service. They seem as though they do not want to be there or have any enthusiasm about their job.. one memeber in particular very abusive and had the audacity to yell at me as if I was a child!!! I'm all for health and safety but one man was way overboard and very rude. It's a shame, for the price I was hoping to have a family day but you live and you learn.”
