“Wow! Talk about a blast from the past I think the last time I went here was like 10 years ago or so for a family gathering. I think I haven't been there since, only gone past it but then I went there with my date last week and we had a great time! I got a Stormfly toy . Played some Mario Kart and other games. We had a great time!”

“Such a great atmosphere and there’s always new games and prizes! The manager Beth was so sweet and helpful and made our experience all the better! We also met Lucas who gave us amazing customer service. We will definitely be coming back, had such a good time!”

“A relatively decent number of arcade games for the kids. The games are £1 so you can rack up costs very quickly. Would advise you to get your kids to pace themselves. Most of the games give you reward tickets after playing (better score = greater number of tickets). You can then exchange tickets for gifts at the gift shop. You would need to have spent a fortune on games to get any worthwhile gift though. However, kids love the idea of winning tickets and my fatigued for example is only interested in playing games where she has a chance of getting more tickets, no matter how many times I tell her to select games she will enjoy and not worry about tickets. There is also a bowling alley for even greater fun.”

“Awful experience. Turned up early for our bowling booking so played a few games with the kids, that was all fine. When we tried to go bowling we were given our lane told our names would appear shortly, they did, and were quickly removed again and replaced by a couple who had an earlier booking. Ended up having to wait an additional 40 minutes for our lane with two upset and restless kids. This led to us not making it out for dinner as planned and having to grab something quick for the kids. The baby change had no loo roll which I needed when my little boy had a little accident, my partner said that the ladies loo was also out when she had to take our little girl. To top it off on the way out, the kids wanted a quick go on the 2p machines, the change machine failed and had charged us. My partner was told someone would come see her shortly, 15 mins later someone tried to help but couldn't fix it so we just wanted our money back, which we got only after being spoken to very rudely by another member of staff that tried to fix it for a second time. The other staff we spoke to during a visit were nice, and polite. We have had some positive visits in the past and hope this was just a one off.”
