I brought my 12 year old nephew and 9 year old niece with my 3 month old son in tow. I got to the entrance and a member of staff came to get the door for me. They were so welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough to help me. There was another child struggling with wearing a wristband and the staff were calm and patient with him The kids had so much fun and it was easy for them to come and go between the trampolines and the cafe. My autistic niece struggled a bit with the length of the safety video. On my way out, I was taken through the tanning exit, so I didn't have to tackle the steps with the stroller, the staff talked to me and waited whilst I got the little one ready. Overall a lovely experience and I would definitely come again

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for families with children who have additional needs β€” Sunday SEN sessions and patient staff make this one of the more genuinely inclusive parks in the West Midlands. Staff assist with pushchairs and offer alternative access routes. For the strongest experience, visit during quieter periods when floor supervision is more attentive.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘SEN sessions run on Sundays with adjusted sensory conditions β€” book directly with the venue
⏰Check whether your existing trampoline socks are accepted before arriving to avoid purchasing new ones

β€œWe took 7 children here on Saturday as a group. 3 of the younger children have additional needs. They all had a fantastic time, the music volume wasn’t overwhelming and the venue was small enough that we could see the children at all times but large enough for them to run around and enjoy the equipment. We travelled 20 miles to visit and will definitely be making the journey again.”

β€œWe had a fantastic time here today! My daughter’s party got cancelled last minute, I called and they went out of their way to accommodate a party of 14. The children had the best time.”

β€œDangerously understaffed, no enforcing of the rules. Tears from multiple kids every few minutes. This place should be shut down. Edit: +1 star because the manager did seem concerned when I spoke to her about it afterwards and suggested she should help staff the floor when it's busy.”
