“My disabled mother and I visited this cinema for the first time yesterday. The whole experience was excellent. Every member of staff that we passed was polite, cheerful and asked if we needed any assistance. The disabled facilities are excellent, the seats are in a good position - in most cinemas the disabled seats are in the front row. I can't think of a single fault. We will definitely be returning, thank-you”

“Very comfortable electric reclining seats with a personal table. An excellent idea! On site Costa too which is a bonus! Plenty of free parking.”

“3/5 only. It was great after the refurbishment and an easy 5/5, but lack of maintenance is VERY visible. Several of the seats in every room have broken trays so completely unusable, also several seats have cushions that are damaged. If you complain to staff about either they just apologise and offer a refund. In other words if you dont like it be on your way. Even if you are a limitless member. I experienced this twice. Another thing which recently went away is trays from the food bar. So if you order 2 menu's and you are on your own or if you are disabled in any way, god help you. Even if it's 2 people its hard to carry it as need a hand to open door to cinema room. Asking staff to help carry the items to your seats is a no go as apparently they can't leave their posts. Or so they told me on the 2 occasions that I asked for help. All the above are easily fixable for a 5/5 experience again.”
