Raa Raa's Soft Play
📍 New Malden, Greater London
Dedicated under-5s soft play in St James Church hall, New Malden. Features bouncy castle, baby toys, role-play areas, dressing-up costumes, and large Lego blocks. On-site cafe serves food and drinks for children and adults.
We spent nearly 3 hours here to escape the heat. It wasn't cool but it was a lot better than the 30° outside. Will definitely return. Staff were friendly and very welcoming. Food was good too. A large clean space for my 10 month old to crawl around in and explore in a much safer and bigger environment than our living room. Only thing I'd say is most of the electronic toys needed batteries replacing and some of them also looked a bit tired and broken. But plenty of other options to keep a 10 month old entertained for a while. Thanks
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with babies and toddlers up to age 5 who want a contained, easy-to-supervise space. The single-room layout lets parents keep track of multiple children without effort. Birthday parties are a particular strength — the team handles theme, food, and bags so parents can actually enjoy the day.

“Fantastic venue for birthday parties and drop-in soft play. Perfect for looking after under 5s as it's all in one room. The staff are super friendly and they also serve food for kids and adults and tea/coffee”

“Nice little soft play, my Son had a great time! Only thing I would mention is, I didn't get the feeling anyone was really running the place, there was a very friendly lady working in the cafe area but I had to go up to her and mention that I had not paid yet, not a negative but thought I would mention it as some people might try to attend and not pay. Also, masks were not enforced for adults whilst they were up and about like every other soft play I've been to during the pandemic (im aware we are close to all restrictions going soon) but it was a slight concern as only myself and 1 other lady were wearing them. Overall, my Son had a fantastic time so,I'm happy!”

“Great place for a birthday party! We hosted a 3rd birthday there and was so easy to handover all the hard work - theme, food and party bags to the team at Raa Raa’s. The open space is great as you can keep an eye on all the little ones. Toys are well used but in good condition, as you’d expect! And the bouncy castle was a big hit. Thanks to Katie and the team!”
