A fabulous history of Silverstone and F1. If you like motor racing then go and visit. Book yourself on the F1 simulators before you go otherwise you will be dissapointed. They are very popular. We booked in advance and you also get a discount by thinking ahead. You can race the circuit on the giant Scalextric track which is great fun. The staff that work there are so enthusiastic about the museum and their job. There are 2 karting tracks opening soon also. Go there and enjoy!

β€œWe got invited to go kart here when we booked the lap of lights and it was something we couldn't resist. We arrived early as instead of waiting around we got offered to go into the earlier timeslot which was great. The go karts were very fun and the museum was pretty fascinating. The group we went with all had a fantastic time.”

β€œWas at Silverstone for an Aston Martin driving experience and realised that we had a discount for the museum. So pleased we went. Great exhibits and history of Silverstone. Really friendly staff, especially Peter who was a mine of information. Would definitely recommend to anyone vaguely interested in motorsport.”

β€œWe enjoyed our visit. Easy to find, large free car park. We spend nearly 2 hours looking round. The history of Silverstone is very interesting in the museum. Some displays are interactive which is great for the kids and grown ups. Im sure we will visit again, because we now have an annual pass.”
