Great, fun-filled place for a day out There is a lake with lots of ducks, also swan boats to ride around in, Minchella's ice cream place directly next to it with delicious food, a playground less than a minute away for the kids to play on and a train that often circles the park which is a great time for young ones. The park is also filled with lots of trees and plants, is wheelchair accessible with very few steps and is directly next to the fair and arcade, overall a great place to go on a day out with the family

“One of the best parks of the northeast England. It has everything from green spaces to kids' play area, cafeteria to public toilets, a lake, a brandstand and an unbelievable kids' mini train which goes all around the park. Truly a clean and well maintained park.”
