“We visited for the first time on father's day, 6 adults (age range 25-73). We all had the BEST time, we played shuffle board and then dry ice curling, both were great fun! We found the drinks and food both of good quality and genuinely surprised and prices as a 4 pint pitcher of budweiser was £14 (£3.50 a pint!) I've read a few reviews where things haven't sounded as good, BUT, it's a new venue and undoubtedly having a few teething issues. But please do not be put off, our experience was AMAZING! The staff couldn't do enough to help and explain everything, even came and took out drink and food orders while we played the games. The venue was spotless, even the toilets. Not one single negative from our visit at all. Oh and I just want to clarify that we parked in West Orchards and as soon as you come down the escalators from the car park, you can go straight in at food court level, just like you did when it was the Debenham store. Can't wait to return ... all of us agree, fantastic time had, well done team Star Pins ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Honestly one of the best birthday packages we have booked. £13 for bowling and more than enough good quality food and drink for all the children (even adults!). My son had a wonderful time and the staff, Bloo and Amaya, went above and beyond to make the experience special. There was lots of space to bowl and do other activities too.”

“Had a birthday celebration here and it was really nice service. They helped me surprise bring the dessert/cake out. 🎉 The atmosphere is great. Party games atmosphere and there are plenty to choose from.”

“It was busy for an afternoon booking for a birthday party. The group enjoyed their time playing bowling and the bumper cars, but we're told they couldn't finish off their drinks bought from outside by a rude member of staff which spoilt the mood. Oscar, on the other hand, was a very helpful member of staff who assisted the group with the bumper cars activity in a calm and patient manner.”
