24-lane venue with toddler bumpers, lightweight balls, on-site cafe, and free parking. Specialist birthday party packages with dedicated staff who run party trains and activities for children.
My son had his bowling party here and the staff were really lovely and made the experience wonderful. A special thank you to Katie who really looked after us and did a fun party train with the kids at the end.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for birthday parties with children aged 3 and up β staff consistently go above and beyond to make celebrations memorable. Toddler bumpers and lightweight balls make it accessible for young children. Weekends and school holidays fill quickly, so pre-booking is essential. Skip the food and eat before or after your visit.

βVisited on Saturday around 6pm, so many kids and young people during term break. There is bowling session but it is a bit overpricing. Although it is not a professional lane or competition grade, there is no bowling shoes provided. There is arcade in the same area, seems drinking, dining, bowling, pool game, machine game all in one serves in a small area.β

βThis was, without question, the worst customer experience I have ever had at a venue. I am giving one star only because zero isn't an option. βWe visited specifically hoping to play a game of pool, only to find the pool sticks were locked away, requiring us to ask a staff member. When we approached the staff, one member immediately started what felt like an interrogation, demanding to know if we were from "college or sixth form." When I confirmed we were from a college (a university college, located nowhere near Didsbury, I might add), he straight-up refused to let us play pool without explaining the reasons, and all the response that I got was "I can't explain it". βThere was no polite explanation, no mention of an 'local only' policyβjust a flat refusal based on our academic institution, which is utterly ridiculous and frankly discriminatory. βWe traveled out of our way to visit this place, and the staff member's unbelievably rude and presumptive behavior completely ruined our afternoon. I have never felt so unwelcome and judged. Management needs to seriously review their policies and train their staff on basic courtesy and non-discrimination. Avoid this venue if you expect fair treatment.β
