“Good fun as my girls enjoy roller skating with a short interactive / limbo game which kept the younger skaters entertained. Although it was fun session, I should add: 1- it could do with a bigger hall which can be very busy (at the start) and the hall is shared by skaters of all abilities, 2 - No refreshment or snacks to purchase. Luckily I bought water along for my girls. 3- Long queue had formed and entry only commenced at 3.30pm, so there was a huge rush, plus online bookings was given preference over "pay on door" so we / pay at door booking was told to stand back (in a narrow corridor) and only allowed in after all prebookings had entered. No such mention on their FB page of this entry condition (just say pre-booking recommended, and pay on door was fine). Entrance could be improved simply by allowing early arriving customers to enter immediately (irrespective of prebooking or pay on door). We attend another roller skating venue who adopt this method which ensures minimum queuing time while reducing bottle necks with the skate hire desk and the seating area.”
