My little one loves it here. He goes between the toddler area aged 4 and under and the big play area. Both play area’s are big enough for parents to go in with their kids but you can also sit at the tables and eat some lunch whilst keeping an eye on your little one. I feel safe letting my little one explore on his own with the in and out system they have. The food here is nice for adults and children. We come here often and will continue to do so :)

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for birthday parties where the hosted experience shines, and for families with toddlers who need a dedicated space away from bigger children. The under-4s zone is well-designed and appropriately sized.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘Measure children close to height limits before travelling β€” restrictions are enforced strictly at entry
⏰The under-4s area has its own slide and ball pit separate from the main frame
🎟️Book party packages early β€” popular weekend slots fill up weeks in advance
πŸš—Staff are proactive on the floor and responsive to questions during busy sessions

β€œWe’ve visited Zigzags a few times and been to a party there, but today we were fortunate enough to have my son’s 5th birthday there and it was fantastic from start to finish! Carla our party host was amazing! We had 30 kids, each had the best time on the soft play, the food was great, it was well organised, clean and so much fun. Cannot recommend Zigzags enough to anyone considering a soft play party or soft play visit for their child!”

β€œHad my son's 6th birthday party here at the weekend. It was wonderful from start to finish. Lovely staff who were very helpful. The party food came out hot and fresh. Everything was very well organised and ran like clockwork. My son had a great party with his friends. Thank you for making his birthday party so special. We will definitely consider future parties with zig zags. πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‚β€

β€œThis was our first visit, we wanted to check it out as our boys love visiting new soft plays. The kids enjoyed it and it has a good area for kids under 4, the slide wasnt too fast for the baby and the ball pit was good. The older kids area had a football pitch which my son loved (although we had to hunt down a ball) and there was a big slide which the kids loved. The staff were friendly and seemed to be constantly vaccuuming. The food was also good, especially the chicken nuggets!! The downside....the place looks like it needs a refurb, the soft play toys in the baby area looked like they were ready to fall apart. There's a game on the wall that no longer works as the pieces have come off the string. Some of the equiptment looked dirty but this may just be because its old and worn down. The side of the baby slide is filfy, thankfully the kids cant touch it because of the net and I appreciate it may be a difficult space for staff to get in and clean however it doesnt leave a good impression. I did notice some of the soft wall tiles looked new and the toilets were clean and new looking. I also peaked in the sensory room window and it looked nice and clean in there. Some of the arcade games were out of order and didnt look clean. There's also a staff corner next to the baby area where they have stored equiptment, including christmas lights, I feel like this should be gated off so children can't get to it. We may come again to check out the play village and the sensory room, however I dont think we'll be coming back for the soft play. It was very cheap compared to other soft plays we have been to and The old adage "you get what you pay for" comes to mind.”
