“We had the most fantastic birthday party at Everyone Active Acton and couldn’t be happier with how smoothly everything ran from start to finish. A huge thank you to Sarah and Amira, who supported us on the day as party hosts. Their help made such a difference — they were calm, friendly, organised, and brilliant with the children. The kids were engaged, happy, and played safely which allowed parents to relax and enjoy the party too. I also want to mention Vera, who was so friendly and helpful via email in the lead-up to the party. She was prompt, clear, and reassuring when answering questions, which made the planning process feel stress-free. “The Acton Centre swimming pool is excellent. The pool is spacious, with many lanes, and offers both public swimming sessions and lane swimming, which is great for building confidence. When my daughter needed extra help, the manager, Victoria Perkowska, was incredibly supportive and helpful. She took the time to understand my daughter’s challenges and really helped boost her confidence. The admin team and reception staff are all very friendly and supportive. In particular, Sakina was extremely professional when we needed to change class dates. She was prompt, flexible, and helpful in every way. Thank you to the entire Acton Centre Swimming team”

“The place isn't well maintained,for example there is a door which doesn't close properly at the women's showers and the cold air comes in, a year now.. How none noticed? The new hairdryers are totally discrace.. A joke, you have to spend at least 2 hairs trying to dry your hair. The coaches are constantly changing and there is no continuity to the lessons, there is no progress really. It is a waste of time!! When a coach is absent they meant to cover or let us know that the lesson cancelled. They also failed multiple time to communicate and they meant to offer discount but they don't. I asked 3 times help from the receptionist to have my money back, but nothing happened. The only reason we keep going is that is the only place with decent price in the area, and my child loves swimming, but even a child can realise that there is no progress and is stuck to the same level. The place needs a good manager, they all seem very comfortable there, even when we had a very bad episode with coach Rita, she said to us" I am 8 years here, what are you gonna do? " for me and the other parents involved, that says a lot for the management.”

“More often than not the receptionists are miserable, rude and make any inquiry/support request worse. A real shame considering in my experience the actual class instructors are caring and kind. One would hope that your first point of contact in the centre would induce relaxation and comfort, just like the overall objective of a fitness centre which is customer wellbeing.”
