great couple of hrs out for the kids with some interesting activities. only dropping a star due the price on the food although the pizzas were fab

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for active kids aged 4+ and teens who want a full trampoline session with variety. Toddler takeover slots work well for under-6s. Families planning birthday parties should the on-site food draws repeated criticism — pizza described as poor quality at high prices. Bring your own party food or manage expectations on catering.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

💡Book branded grip socks in advance or budget for the mandatory purchase at the door
Arrive on time — late arrivals get no extension on their session
🎟️Toddler takeover slots are dedicated to under-6s — book specifically for this if visiting with young children
🚗SEN sessions run without music, making them suitable for sensory-sensitive children

Good place to take kids for an hour, friendly staff and safe equipment. Only down side is not much activities for the kids to do there.

Great for the children (teens) sons 13th birthday so we came for the after dark session. Ordered pizza and chips at £11.95 a pizza. Absolutely shocking!! They look cheap and out of a box from Iceland. Save your money and don’t buy the food it’s not worth it. £54 and totally ripped off. Wish I’d seen them first. Wish I’d bought a coat as it’s a bit cold watching but can’t fault the play area. Bring own drinks and food!!!!

Worst experience ever. We had taken a party of 8 with us for my sons birthday. It all started to go wrong as soon as we got through the door. A massive cue followed by a grumpy rude member of staff. We paid and in We went no one telling us what we needed to do. We went to the lockers no clear instructions how to use them, they work on pin code. My autistic son then freaked as his trainers were locked in the locker and we could not open it. Looking for somone to help was nearly impossible. Went upstairs for food and got in the long cue 25 mins in cue waiting to then be told you order with the QR code on the table. That's a bit hard when you don't have card on you just cash. So it was back in the long que to be told there was nothing they could do. Great hangry kids. That was just the start. It got worse from then on. Expensive waste of time. Worst birthday ever my Autistic son said.
