Great day out. 4 decent slides for 1 to 4 people, a wave pool every 30 mins, nice kids area and 2 very hot outdoor pools. We went 3pm to 6pm (can see how busy it is when book), so fairly quiet, little queues on slides. Outside pool was fantastic with bubble jets on every 20mins or so, great when sun sets. Clean changing rooms and a wristband locker system (given free when enter) makes it simple to come in and out if using cafe or loungers. 1 star reviews seem to be from people charged full price to watch (bizarre, should do spectators for ÂŖ3 maybe?). If all plan to use its very good and much better than others we been like alton towers as example

🏆 Family Action Verdict

Best for families with children of varying ages who want a water park with genuine variety. The outdoor infinity pool is the standout feature on warm days. Toddlers get a dedicated zone; older kids can tackle the family four-rider slide. Book the quieter late-afternoon sessions for shorter slide queues.

â„šī¸ What to Know Before You Go

💡Book a specific time slot online — entry is ticketed and slots fill fast
⏰Late-afternoon sessions run noticeably quieter with shorter slide queues
đŸŽŸī¸Bring your own hair dryer as none are provided and plug sockets are scarce
🚗Carry large inflatables yourself up the stairs — no staff assistance provided

“We had a great afternoon for an adult birthday. The main focus for us was the spa but we enjoyed having a go on the water slides and outdoor pool too. It felt clean and well maintained, and the food in the spa was delicious and portion sizes were generous. We did have some concerns about people (including children) having to carry 2- and 4-person inflatables up multiple flights of stairs for the slides. In general the slide area could have been better managed, but the slides themselves were great fun. The food service at the waterpark (not spa) was slow and very poorly managed. Took ages to buy a coke and a packet of crisps. Staff were slow and incompetent. The spa was quiet and had a good amount of experiences, including some unique ones. There was a nice relaxation area which overlooked the water park and food was brought to you. There was a large sauna accessed from an outside terrace with views of the sea. Couldn't pay for anything with wrist bands so kept having to go back to lockers to get payment method. This also meant people were walking round with phones, which is not ideal in a pool setting. All in all a great experience, with just a few bits that could be improved. Would recommend and would consider revisiting!”

“Seem okayy at first didn't realise had to book online for a set time but staff at counter Lacey her name and a young lad with a tattoo on side of his head (ouch!) They booked us in an hour later and suggested somewhere to go for breakfast. Went back got in fab! Let's have fun 👍 nope absolutely CHAOS! no staff to help anyone anywhere was like a 100 people in a tiny changing room not having a clue!!! Finally managed to get changed lockers shit! Good luck finding one working!! Away we went was brilliant then we went to go on the slides staff miserable sat staring into space helping no-one absolutely mental trying to figure out what's what no-one helping explaining or watching anyone. Great exercise up 3 floors or steps carrying a HUGE float but it's definitely worth it!!! Staff don't acknowledge you when you ask them not one of them look over 20 won't even have a first aid training by the looks of it so make sure you can swim 😂 you can drink in the outside pool which is great if you don't have kids expect to swim around alcohol cans and cups. Overall despite all that can be easy to ignore when you see all the excitement!”
