The staff within thir venue are absolutely wonderful, my daughter lost her phone and they couldn't do enough to help. Ive never ever received a customer service this good. I will 100% come back. The game selection is the best ive seen in North West and most games have 0 waiting time to play on them. I would just like to illiterate how wonderful the whole staff team is, thank you so so much for going out your way on several occasions to try locate the phone and to comfort me when I was stressed. You are the best team ever!!!!
🏆 Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children aged 5 and up who want a full day of gaming without per-game costs. Toddlers can join in on simpler machines. Older kids and teens will find plenty to challenge them across all four floors. Arrive early on weekends to secure the best machines before crowds build.

“4 floors of fun from classic arcade machines to dance machines, PlayStation and xbox consoles, driving simulators, clay pigeon shooting, bowling machines etc Great for age 5 up I'd say but definitely not just for kids. Visited on a Saturday. 11am was quiet, was packed by 1pm. Only small gripe was the console station had 5 unuable/broken machines and older kids were fighting over them/hogging them for hours. Food in the restaurant was cheap and tasty. Would recommend giving yourself half a day.”

“Visited from London, Four games of Arcade games from your classics to model day machines. I primarily went to play rhythm games located on floor 2 but ended up playing more machines I remember from my childhood. The staff are friendly and welcoming, reasonably priced food and drinks also on offer. My only downside is that I wished that there IIDX machine would get an upgrade but Japanese parts are hard to come by. Worth visiting and good value for money,”

“Fantastic place, you literally can spend all day here, great range of machines to suit all tastes and good food as well. The only downside to all this is the parking, the main car park is not big and people park anywhere and they park anywhere with large SUVs as it is a tight entrance it can get completely jammed as was my case. We had to sit for what was nearly 20 minutes until staff sorted it out, other than that it's great.”
