5 years later! - I was fortunate to be accepted on the Pain Rehabilitation Programme again in June 2024 and received exceptional care and support during my admission. The Aspire swimming pool is warm and clean. And with the expert assistance of RNOH physios, I was able to enjoy freedom from my wheelchair for the first time in years. I think my face says it all! 2019 review - As I wheelchair user I was able to access the pool with dignity. The equipment and specialist assistance available is the second to none.

“Functional leisure centre - is a bit less known about so sometimes easier to book slots for badminton. Plenty of changing rooms despite the leisure centre being a bit smaller than other places. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was decent - free for your time there. Car park is a little small so you might struggle on busy days.”

“First of all, I received a parking fine despite correctly entering my vehicle registration number and following all the parking instructions. This points to poor management and lack of coordination with their parking system, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. On top of that, the facilities were not hygienic. The changing areas and overall environment did not appear to be properly cleaned or maintained, which is unacceptable for a swimming centre where cleanliness is essential. Overall, this was a frustrating experience due to poor management and unsanitary conditions. I would not recommend this centre unless these issues are addressed.”
