The swimming pool is very small and usually overcrowded, which often makes the experience uncomfortable. The only real positive is the teachers – they are excellent and clearly the best in the area. However, today’s experience in the ladies’ changing room was unacceptable. A woman was lying on the floor and praying in the middle of a shared changing area, which directly disturbed other people trying to change and use the facilities. I respect all religions and personal beliefs, but this was intrusive and inappropriate in a communal space. A changing room is not the right place for religious practices, and it should not interfere with or make others feel

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Families committed to the swim lesson programme β€” particularly for babies and young children β€” will find the teaching quality strong enough to justify the facility shortcomings. Classes are the primary draw. General lane swimming is uncomfortable when lessons are running simultaneously due to the pool size.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘Arrive with extra time if parking nearby β€” spaces are sparse
⏰Bring your own towel and toiletries as changing room facilities are basic
🎟️Visit the pool in person for all booking, rescheduling, and payment queries
πŸš—Confirm your lesson is running before travelling β€” rescheduling policies vary by staff member
