Amazing place and the staff are so lovely! We had such a great day here with friends β€” honestly the best place in Worcestershire and Birmingham, hands down. My kids were entertained for hours and never got bored with so much to do: sand play, animals, trampoline, soft play, feeding the animals, and a lovely lunch too. On top of that, when I had a bee sting, the staff were incredible β€” they stayed with me, and were so kind throughout. Even though it happened right at the end of the day and wasn’t their fault, they still offered me a free return visit. That level of care and kindness really makes this place stand out. Can’t recommend it enough β€” both for the fun and the amazing people who work here!

πŸ† Family Action Verdict

Best for families with children aged 2-8 who want a varied full-day visit combining animal encounters, soft play, and outdoor activities. The soft play area is large enough that children rarely want to leave. Animal interactions are genuine highlights for younger children, and access to larger animals is viewing-only.

ℹ️ What to Know Before You Go

πŸ’‘Plan for a full day β€” the combination of activities keeps young children occupied for hours
⏰The soft play area is large with plenty of seating for parents to relax
🎟️Larger animals like reindeer and pigs are view-only β€” no petting access
πŸš—Animal feeding extras are separately charged and rated as cost-effective

β€œI took my grandson last Wednesday 1st December, he had a great time feeding the animals and playing in the soft play area which he would not come out of. The sand area looked amazing it’s a pity I had to get back home otherwise we would have stayed much longer. It’s a great day out for all young and old.”

β€œLovely place to spend a day with the kids. They have plenty of activities, including animal petting (rabbits, guinea pig, tarantula, leaf insect, stick insect, centipede). The softplay area is big with plenty of seats for parents to relax. The food is also good at a very good price. Friendly staff”

β€œExcellent place to visit and an amazing farm. It’s a full day out and you get your moneys worth. Also staff are super friendly and they are helpful. The toilets are clean and many washing facilities. Feeding the animals is also cost effective and lots to do. Can’t wait to go again!”
