Middle England Farm Alpacas and Care Farm
π Henley-in-Arden, West Midlands
Award-winning working care farm in Henley-in-Arden offering alpaca walks, pygmy goat experiences, Giant Bunny encounters, and Guinea Pig World. Advance booking required. Wellies essential. Free parking on site.
I had such a wonderful time visiting this farm! We came for the alpaca walk with a meet and greet around the farm first and I enjoyed every minute of it. The animals are so lovely and the alpacas will eat out of your hand. It was such a therapeutic experience. Definitely read the instructions they send you carefully, we had no problem at all finding the location or preparing for the walk because the email was so thorough. I would recommend rationing your food when meeting the other animals as you want some left over for your alpaca friend on the walk - however if you do get tempted into using it up (the goats are very persuasive) it's no problem as the staff are happy for you to buy more. Unfortunately I didn't catch the name of our lovely guide but she was fantastic, and happy to answer all of our questions! It's very obvious that the animals are so well-cared for and have a great time meeting visitors :) We will definitely be coming back! πππ¦πππππ¦
π Family Action Verdict
Best for animal-loving families who want genuine hands-on contact with a wide range of species rather than a zoo-style walk-past experience. Every guest walks their own alpaca on a lead around the fields. The working farm setting and knowledgeable guides create an educational atmosphere that engages children and adults equally.

βI love a bit of detail and most things furry! We were met and hosted by Abi for our tour and though our main focus was on walking the pygmy goats we managed to get a conversation in with Porsche the pig, the alpacas and had a quick intro to the rabbits, emu, ferrets and chickens! Abi was a font on knowledge on all the animals and answers our gazillion questions with zeal and energy and it almost felt like we had managed to get a whole holiday into one trip it felt like so much had been done! So thank you for a lovely day for adults and children alike. Thank you Middle England Farm and thank you the wonderful and awesome host Abi. Every business needs an Abi!β

βHad a great time walking the goats and meeting the bunnies at Middle England Farm this afternoon. Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, she had a clear passion for her work and a genuine connection to the animals which was lovely to see. As you can see from my photos, itβs a working farm, so if youβre planning on visiting, expect it to be muddy. Wear appropriate footwear and clothing that you donβt mind getting muddy as the goats love to jump up to say hello and snatch your feed. There is a small shop which is cash only.β

βBooking essential for this experience. This is a family run farm. The Alpaca walk was amazing, with every guest walking their own Alpaca on a lead around the fields on the farm. It's an additional cost to buy feed for the animals. The day consists of a tour of the animals, allowing you into most of the enclosures. It was nice to handle the lambs and get up close to the goats. Great experience for animal lovers like myself. The whole experience takes an hour and a half.β

Overview
Middle England Farm runs guided alpaca walks, pygmy goat tours, Giant Bunny experiences, and Guinea Pig World across working countryside fields. The care farm shelters rare breed pigs, rescue animals, emus, ferrets, and chickens alongside the headline alpacas. Guides are knowledgeable and passionate about each animal. Working farm conditions mean mud is inevitable β wellies and old clothes are essential.
