we had an amazing experience! my instructor was ash and he was absolutely great. he explained everything thoroughly, made sure we felt safe, and was very supportive. one of us were really scared of heights, but ash was very patient and motivating. he was laid back but still professional, so we felt more comfortable and had more fun. we were able to joke around with him and made conversation about shows we liked. as for the actual walls, some were definitely difficult to climb but i really enjoyed it. the ropes felt sturdy and i really liked how high the walls went, and there were lots of different types and angles to try. would definitely love to come here again, hopefully with the same instructor!

âWe did our daughters 8th birthday party here at weekend and found it brilliant. The booking was easy and done online, when we arrived we set up in the party area, the staff were super helpful.and friendly and got the kids all ready to climb. The staff were really good at making sure the kids all got a turn and had fun. The kids all had a great time, we will definitely be back.â

âBooked a 60 min taster session for 4 kids, 6 to 9. They hadn't climbed before. Ash was great as an instructor and made it fun whilst keeping it safe. A couple of the kids needed a lot of patience and encouragement which was forthcoming. Nice place. Great seating area to watch.â

âStaff were helpful, keen, enthusiastic and always willing to help. Nothing seemed to much. The climbing was well graded and something for EVERYONE form a choice of level 3 and 4s all the way up to some amazing lead climbsâ
