“I celebrated my son’s 4th Birthday at Bella Boos last weekend and he had a great day! Big thank you to the team at Bella boos for all of your help. They were welcoming when we arrived & I love the relaxed, private setting of the exclusive hire. When we arrived the soft play was clean, organized & looked like they had just opened for the day. We ordered hot & cold food platters for the children with special requirements for my son’s milk allergy. Everything was presented nicely and free of any dairy which was amazing. They contacted me to show the ingredients in the hot food options which I greatly appreciate. I received complaints from the adults regarding the children’s sandwiches also. We had a lot of late arrivals due to traffic on that specific day but the team at Bella boos were so accommodating to my needs, this was greatly appreciated as I was panicking. “I recently held my 5 year old daughter’s birthday party at Bella Boo’s. We had 25 kids and 29 adults and everyone had a great time! The kids loved the super fun soft play space downstairs and the adults enjoyed catching up in the pretty upstairs area. We used Bella Boo’s recommendations for entertainment (My Magical Parties) decorations (Flurdils) and face painting (Glitter Girl London). All of the suppliers exceeded expectations and Sally and Amanda from Bella Boo’s were amazing on the day. My daughter has already asked for her next birthday to be at Bella Boo’s!”

“We went there at opening time with our two and a half daughter, and while this place looks like it could use a bit of a makeover, it did not feel dirty as some of the older comments mentioned. Sure, it doesn’t really feel up to date compared to other soft play venues, but it does the job, and the staff was very friendly.”
