“Originally a group of 14 people, flu bought our group down to 11, so we were courteously treated by Ainsehia, the manager at the Ealing branch. She carefully and meticulously explained our options instead of a refund or money back for the pre- paid activities, she added Karaoke to our pre booked activities of Shuffleboard and Crazier Golf for 2 hours. Ainsehia ensured our pre booked buffet was prepared, notified and brought on time to our table. Additionally, the customer service from her and the others was fantastic and helped by explaining the games and taking memories whenever we asked without hesitation. As a group we thoroughly had a great time with the activities and never felt rushed to complete them. In fact we were able to take a food break while playing Shuffleboard! The Karaoke was in fact the icing on the cake, with the timer displayed on the screen we knew exactly when to finish. Our plan was to complete in 2 hours but extended to 4 hours. It did help that we went on a Sunday evening, which was even better. A great experience and fantastic service from Ainsehia and her staff and compliments to Omar Khan who supported me continuously while I was planning this.”

“I had the most fabulous evening in the karaoke booth tonight! We had a little issue when we first arrived with the sound system but very quickly the staff dealt with it and even gave us a complimentary hour to compensate! The staff were amazing! So attentive, and offered such a great service! Maz and Ainsehia were fantastic! Sorted the issue out promptly, they were polite, professional and made sure we enjoyed our night! Me and my friends can’t wait to return 🙌”

“Excellent experience, all the team enjoyed. Anais is a great person and team member as she guided and assisted us in axe throwing, very positive. Zac is a good guy, went out of the way to ensure we are happy. Unfortunately we didn’t have any food in there as the kitchen was not open till 15:00 due to cleaning but overall experience was enjoyable. Shoutout to all the team is excellent, the atmosphere there was very appealing.”
