“I booked the party room for my daughter’s birthday. I originally wanted a weekend, but it was fully booked for all of October—and now I understand why! We ended up having it on a Friday after school, and it turned out perfectly. The kids had an amazing time jumping around, and the place is really big with plenty of seating. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the food was delicious with unlimited refills on squash. They even let us come in early to set up while the kids played. We booked for two hours, but they kindly gave the kids an extra half hour to play. There was plenty of food for everyone—even the adults joined in! Whatever food was left was packed for us to take home. Definitely worth every penny. We’ll be taking the kids there again and highly recommend it for children's birthday parties or just a fun day out for the kids.”

“Bounce Mania has truly been a blessing for me and my daughter, who has special needs. We’ve been coming here regularly, and every time we walk through the doors, she lights up with excitement. The environment is so warm, welcoming, and safe, which is so important to me as a parent. She absolutely loves the play area there’s so much for her to do, and it’s designed in a way that she can have fun and explore at her own pace. What really makes Bounce Mania stand out, though, is the incredible staff. The manager and all the workers are some of the kindest, most understanding people I’ve ever met. They are always so sweet and patient with her, making sure she feels comfortable, included, and happy. It’s not easy to find places that are so accepting and accommodating, but here I never have to worry.”

“Second time here. It was cold the first time, now It's worse,it's absolutely freezing (4/1/26). Multiple birthday parties. More adults than kids. Staff aren't monitoring adults using the slides. Staff look like children themselves. Music can barely be heard. There's no health and safety of numbers. The lower ball pit area on the ground floor is in darkness. Tables have old food on them, no one to clean up. It smells of B.O and feet. I'm staying with going to my regular indoor soft play, Monster Mayhem in star city.”

“Went here today for the 1st time, read the mixed reviews and thought try it out for myself. Oh my gosh i wish i had listened to the bad reviews and not gone! The good reviews you see on this place must be fake because in what world are people living on that they said the place is clean and staff are great - staff in the kitchen were rude. the whole place was absolutely filthy! Disgusting place, doesn’t look like it’s even been cleaned since it opened. Floors are filthy, the toilets were nasty, and the inflatables were riddled with dirt and grime - the tables and chairs were gross. The whole place had a weird musty smell. The baby changing hadn’t been cleaned because i used 3 wipes to clean it and the wipes were full of dirt and grime. I had to keep getting the kids to use anti bac because of how nasty the place was. Ordered food because the kids were hungry and the tray it came on doesn’t look like its ever had a proper wash. We had to stay as i had wasted so much money for the entry stayed for an hour and left. It was absolutely freezing inside!! the toilets were warmer than the actual place itself! They don’t put the heating on, me and my baby was frozen. Will never go back to this place absolutely awful! This place needs shutting down and deep cleaned properly🤢🤮”
