Best for families within walking or cycling distance who want a calm, well-maintained green space for an hour or two. The Harbourne Walk approach alone is worth experiencing with children.

âWell kept open space with a simple playground. Enough equipment for children to rarely queue and the springy jeep is great fun! Self contained and places for adults to sit too.â

Overview
Bournville Park is approached via the Harbourne Walk corridor, a tree-canopied tunnel that reviewers describe as spectacular in any season. The park itself features a maintained children's playground with springy equipment and space for running, outdoor table tennis facilities, and a stream running through the grounds. Plenty of benches for picnics. No dedicated car park â street parking on surrounding residential roads. Nearest toilets are in Northfield at the Grosvenor local shop.
