Went here for the first time on a date, staff were Lovely abd we had the whole place to ourselves on a Saturday, will come again, great price too

“We did the batting cage experience as a wee Saturday day time date. Friendly staff. Good fun activity. Great venue. No complaints at all.”

“The darts was fun... Time was 9.30pm to 10pm, then we book another game of darts for 10pm to half 10pm( 9th of February). Who ever the woman way the short hair is( brown hair a think) she was very rude to my friend who is on the spectrum... When he asked her to repeat a the answer to his question, she acted offended..as if we're wasting her time. Good places way good darts... Would go again ... Don't like that short haired woman... Needs customer service training.... Goodbye.”

“Downstairs in bowlarama, The staff were surprisingly rude and unwelcoming. Simple questions were met with short, dismissive responses, and it felt like we were inconveniencing them just by being there. Good customer service can make or break a place, and unfortunately this was definitely the latter.”
