1 / 2Brinton Park
đ Kidderminster, West Midlands
Large Victorian park reachable via a scenic canal walk from Kidderminster town centre. Features playground equipment (best for ages 9+), a seasonal splash pad, skate ramp, tennis courts, and a football pitch.
Beautiful landscape, and very good playground, challenging game facilities that suit for 9+. Access by road near the canal river. You can take the route from the town and walk alone the canal to here, which is very easy.wear boots as have mud.
đ Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children aged 9 and above who want variety â skate ramp, sports courts, playground, and splash pad across one site. The canal walk from town adds a scenic journey for families who prefer to leave the car at home. Wellington boots recommended after rain as paths leading from the canal can carry mud.

Overview
Brinton Park sits at the end of a canal-side walking route from the town centre. The playground equipment challenges older children; a splash pad opens in warmer months. A skate ramp, tennis courts, basketball hoops, and a full football pitch fill the activity spread. A bandstand hosts summer entertainment. A cafe and lake area are under construction, targeted for summer 2026. Free parking is on-site.
