First time visiting today and we hosted a birthday party for our son. The place is great and he absolutely loved the play area and soft play (he is 1 years old), and our guests loved it. The food was good and the staff were very helpful and kind; with special thanks to our party host Lucy who was incredible.

Best for families with toddlers and children up to around 5 years old — the mini city role-play zone and secure baby area are the strongest features for this age group. Birthday party packages are well-administered with helpful hosts.

“Safe and full of fun. Best going early as gets very busy and then you nd to book. Restaurant food very gd. Great for our 4 yr old twin boys they just love it there . They had their birthday party on 29th Dec 2025 upstairs. Its was fantastic. Food and party bags took our own cake.”

“As a family we love this place, staff are friendly, it's great value for money and lots to do for all ages. Plus you get a free refill hot drink during weekdays! Food is not over priced & the small rides are free. Would recommend to everyone to visit.”
