1 / 3Crazy Town Aintree
π Aintree, Merseyside
Large indoor play centre with multi-level play frame, toddler zones, party huts, Friday night discos, and toddler character sessions. Particularly praised for thorough allergy management and trained kitchen staff.
I attended a childrenβs party here and, as my daughter has coeliac disease, she has to follow a very strict gluten free diet. I spoke with a member of staff who kindly introduced me to the chef. He was more than happy to show me the food in its packaging and explain how it was prepared. I honestly canβt thank them enough for the help and reassurance they provided. The chef explained exactly what procedures they follow and how the team communicates clearly about which food is for who, which gave me real confidence. The ladies running the party also came over to ask questions to make sure everything was correct and to give me extra peace of mind. Thank you again to the whole team. I hope anyone reading this who has similar concerns about allergies or coeliac disease feels reassured that they take it seriously and did a fantastic job.
π Family Action Verdict
Best for families with children who have dietary restrictions β the kitchen team's allergen knowledge is exceptional and proactive. Birthday parties and seasonal events like Christmas picnics are well-executed.

If you have any problems with other children blame the parents! Was there this morning for baby picnic. Absolutely brilliant. The only downside it. The food is a bit over priced. But overall its the best. Play area about. Wouldn't advise going wile Boole FC are playing you wil struggle to get a parking spaceβ

βI celebrated my son Danielβs 8th birthday at Crazy Town and it was absolutely amazing! The place was clean, safe and full of fun activities for the kids. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. All the children had a fantastic time, and the customer service was honestly outstanding. Thank you, Crazy Town, for making Danielβs birthday so special. Highly recommended!β

βJust taken my 3 year old grandson to the Christmas picnic with Santa... absolutely delightful! He then went up to a magical grotto to meet the man himself and a lovely Mrs Claus. Very friendly and chatty. A lot of thought and effort has obviously gone into setting it all up. Well worth the money!β
