Buckmore Park Kart Circuit

“Absolutely brilliant experience for both of my daughters. I booked my 9yr old onto a 30min 8-11yr old karting session and then managed to book my younger daughter onto a Bambino lesson 1 to go on the bambino gokarts. Both sessions were great fun for the girls! The bambino sessions are great for introducing younger drivers to gokarting before they turn 8. They practise drills, 5 at a time on a half circuit, one after another, and all get 3 x 15minutes, taking turns in two groups. It's not competitive, no racing but they get to drive a gokart and follow instructions to pass the lesson with a certificate at the end. The teachers were amazing with all of the kids, even the anxious ones, who they really encouraged to give it a go. One boy was really scared, they spent time trying to convince him to try, he took a break but they managed to get him back on with a really positive ending. I thought that was really lovely, and a good sign of good teachers adaptable to all children. My daughter really loved it and wants to book onto the next lessons as she said it was so much fun! For my eldest, she was really anxious before going on the Karting for 8-11s. The briefing was clear so she understood everything she needed to know before heading to her gokart. She got set up in her kart with seat boosters. Once on the track I could see her grin every time she drove past! We have booked a birthday party now and will be back for many more practise sessions. Buckmore Park is well run, with amazing staff everywhere you go. They want you to have a good time, and for me, being divided between my two kids on separate sessions, they made sure the girls were looked after and happy - thanks especially to Megan and Clinton as I had to let my youngest go off to the bambino lessons without me!”

“One of the bestter tracks out there for a good bit of go karting had a really good eve with the boys would recommend the simulator they have there before you go on the track to get you in the mood. Fantastic track/staff/cafe was greated with all smile and served food after with a smile in there amazing cafe would deffo be telling more of my friends to go there and woukd recommend if your reading this to visit the site as well. Also track is well maintained well done guys good job”
