1 / 2Burghley Road Under 5's Community Centre
📍 London, Greater London
Drop-in stay-and-play for children aged 0–5, open Monday to Friday including school holidays. Features indoor ball pool, outdoor climbing frame with slide, reading corner, and daily fresh vegetarian lunches cooked on-site.
Wonderful children’s centre run by volunteers, we’ve been coming for about a year now. Baby group (under 18 months) and a bigger kid group too. They have a large play space including outside, with lots of different play areas. Check instagram for opening times as they do change. Also often cook a healthy veggie lunch for kids and parents too. My daughter loves it here.
🏆 Family Action Verdict
The strongest option in the area for parents with babies and toddlers who want genuine community connection rather than a commercial venue. Separate baby and toddler sessions mean age-appropriate groupings, and the on-site lunch removes a daily planning task for busy parents. Check Instagram before visiting as opening times update regularly.

“Wonderful place for the kids. I go so often with my daughter and she love it. It's an easy way to keep her busy and playing with other kids. Aswell you can have lunch, so something else you don't have to worry about. All the kids eat together so they get good eating habits. So recommendable, great fun for the little ones.”

“A fun & friendly place for under 5s, with great indoor and outdoor space to meet parents and chat with a much needed cuppa and snacks! Love that they serve a healthy lunch and have also been for some lovely parties. Would definitely recommend!”
