Incredible experience for Castaway plays alpine retreat, we took our 4 & 6 year old, they had an incredible time. Our 6 year old son had a great time in the new football & basketball area, while our 4 year old daughter was running round doing all the slides and sleigh ride. And we all had a blast in the snow globe and snowball arena. Lots to do, great flow of events and characters. And very friendly and helpful staff at hand if needed. Food was also fantastic value 👌

Best for families with children aged 2-8 who want a full day without clock-watching. The seasonal events — particularly Halloween and the alpine retreat — are exceptionally well-executed and genuinely different from standard soft play. The sports zone suits older children in the 6-10 range. Pre-book to guarantee entry.

“Really spacious and lots to do. No time constraints so you can spend as little or long as you need. I saw the younger soft play areas were regulated really well and older kids were told to stay out which was good to see. My son really likes the new outdoor sports area! Food is reasonably priced and a good selection. It also comes out fast saves waiting around. Definitely good value for money at Castaway.”

“Taken our 2 year old twice for the Halloween event which he absolutely loved and couldn’t of been more value for money with what you get to see/do on the day even on both occasions there was different animals and different characters to see , also the amount of effort that goes into making the kids days and going above and beyond is unbelievable. Would highly recommend”

“Absolutely wonderful place! We took my 3 year old son he loved all the Halloween activities they had to offer and enjoyed the character meet and greets, the pumpkin picking and the inflatable globe! Brilliant day out :-)”

Castaway Play features five distinct themed worlds: a tropical beach with water play, pirate ship adventure zone, magical kingdom, sports area with football and basketball, and a sensory room. Seasonal events include Halloween activities, alpine retreats, and character meet and greets with pumpkin picking. Birthday party rooms are themed, and one admission covers all areas with no time restrictions. Parking is around the back of the building.
