“What a fantastic trip to Cineworld! I went to see Predator: Badlands and absolutely loved it – action-packed, gripping, and one of the best in the series! But the real highlight was the wonderful staff member Chloe who looked after me. She greeted me with the warmest, most genuine smile and a truly professional yet heartwarming welcome that made us feel so valued from the start. When she noticed I needed a bit of extra help to sit comfortably, she quietly and kindly sorted out a stool for me without any fuss – such a thoughtful touch that made the whole experience perfect. Chloe is an absolute gem and a real credit to Cineworld. The film was brilliant, but her kindness made the day even more special. Thank you, Chloe – I’ll definitely be back soon! ❤️”

“I came a few weeks back and saw the LOTR trilogy. Thoroughly enjoyed myself. Staff were on top form. Top marksto the team leader who gladly changed my viewings from an evening slot to an afternoon slot made my day so much better. Snacks were good aswell.”

“Cineworld was a great venue watching ‘Iron Lung’ today except it is very much in need of a renovation. Many of the areas in the cinema are closed/unused and it gives it a very empty feeling. Furthermore, the sound distribution on the film seemed slightly off. Other than that, great service and fantastic screening and seats!”

“Absolutely terrible experience here at the cinema Friday it is outdated compared to Vue at middlebrook We were in screen 10 and were watching a horror thriller called Weapons which had alot of dark scenes in the movie which we could not see due to a light shining from the entrance. It was ridiculous you could not see about a third of the screen when it was a dark scene. I went to speak to a employee who said "sorry its the fire exit light its for health and safety". I have attached pictures 📸 the most hilarious thing was one of there employees came into the screen with one of there night vision cameras to check if anybody was taking pictures of the movie yet they saw the awful lighting and did nothing. The cinema has not been updated in 15 plus years it is absolutely shite. Honestly just pay the extra and go to Vue the seats are way better aswell as the experience. Im going to be asking for a refund as the pictures tell the story”
